Overview

The City of Tshwane invites bids for the supply, delivery and off-loading of water and lights envelopes to City stores (envelope stock), under RFQ Q08-2026-27. Bidder registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number and SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN/TCS) is required. Requirements

• Compulsory documentation: complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9), signatories authorized, and black ink; no tippex/corrections on pricing.
• Compliance: Tax PIN/TCS or proof via CSD; CSD registration valid; municipal rates/taxes up to date for bidder and all SA-based owners/directors; returnable documentation completed.
• Financial: Audited financial statements for the past 3 years (or proof if not legally required).
• JV/consortium: JV agreements if applicable; continue JV unless approved otherwise.
• BBBEE: valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points; 80/20 evaluation (price 80, BBBEE 20); local participation points available.
• Other: samples may be required; attendance at compulsory briefing (if applicable); pricing schedule fully completed with no corrections.
