Overview

The City of Tshwane invites bids for the supply, delivery and offloading of insecticides and rodenticides to Poison Store S010. Bidders should be SA-registered suppliers on CSD with a valid tax compliance status, capable of supplying all listed products for a 1-year period and delivering to Centurion (Die Hoewes). Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance (PIN or TCS); municipal rates/taxes up to date for bidder and for SA-based owners.
• Completion of mandatory bid documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD8, MBD9) and, where applicable, audited financial statements.
• Only SA-registered insecticides, fungicides and rodenticides; provide product SAP numbers, first label page, and Dept of Agriculture registration numbers; comply with container sizes and transport/labeling regulations.
• Attendance at a compulsory briefing session and submission of a complete pricing schedule with all items.
• Delivery terms: items delivered to Poison Store S010 (Centurion Mega Store) within 14 working days of PO; bidder supplies off-loading labour; delivery charges included in price.
