Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or SARS Tax Compliance PIN, and valid tax status.

• Municipal rates and taxes up to date; proof required (original/copy) plus for owners/directors.

• Duly signed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5/8/9 as applicable) or delegated authority; all in black ink.

• Audited financial statements for last 3 years (or proof not required if exempt).

• If a JV, provide JV agreement and documents for all parties.

• Compulsory briefing attendance; sign briefing register.

• Complete pricing schedule; no corrections with uninitialled changes or Tippex.

• Pricing must cover all 20 listed magazines; 90-day quotation validity.

• Returnable documents: Tax/PIN or CSD, CSD summary, BBBEE, Rates, and CSD summary (see attached document).

• Preference points: 80/20 system; specific goals include BBBEE levels, EMEs/QSEs, women, youth, persons with disabilities, and Local Economic Participation (City of Tshwane, Gauteng, National).
