Overview

Advisory and contributed info to the project planning for the proposed setting-up and qualification of an NLS Moly production quality control facility, in compliance with SAHPRA requirements. Suitable bidders are consultants with demonstrated experience in nuclear/radiochemical labs, radionuclide handling, and quality systems (ISO 17025, ISO 9001, GLP). The contract covers consultative engagement, facility visits (NTP & NLS), and participation in two pharmacopeia project planning meetings. Requirements

• Compliance with technical specification demonstrating capability for radionuclide labs, instrument installations, and quality systems (ISO 17025/9001, GLP).

• Qualification documentation: certificates and CVs for key personnel covering the full scope; evidence of ISO 17025:2015 competence and related deliverables.

• Readiness to deliver within 1 month (higher points) or 2 months (slightly fewer points).

• Minimum threshold: 70 points to advance to phase 2.

• Evaluation uses 80/20: price (80) and B-BBEE status (20); preferred bidders with appropriate B-BBEE status.

• Required documentation: Tax Clearance Certificate, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), B-BBEE certificate or affidavit, COID letter if applicable, and any other documents requested. (CTS-FIN-RFQ-0003)
