Overview

Grammarly Business Enterprise renewal for 22 users (1 year) is being procured. Bidders must be Grammarly-authorised agents and be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a full CSD report, able to supply via ARC’s Central Office in Pretoria. Submissions must be by email (hand-delivery not accepted).

Requirements

• Compulsory letter of authority from Grammarly confirming the supplier is an approved agent.
• Bidders must be registered on the CSD; include the CSD registration number and full CSD report.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Submission sent to scmrequests@arc.agric.za.
• Prices in Rand, inclusive of VAT, with 60-day quotation validity; no post-bid price adjustments.
• Delivery/rendering to ARC Central Office, 1134 Park Street, Hatfield, Pretoria 0001.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system; claim specific goals with proof (HDI ownership, women, youth, PwD, BEE, etc.).
