Overview

Air-Conditioning Maintenance Services for HSRC Sweetwaters Office for 12 months. This tender targets HVAC maintenance providers able to perform planned and unplanned maintenance (minor and major services) on ~61 units, with emergency response, service reporting, and OHS-compliant operations. Requirements

• Minimum three signed reference letters for similar contracts (last 2 years).
• Lead technician: proof of trade qualifications and relevant certifications, plus a CV showing at least 5 years’ experience and a valid certificate.
• Proof of liability insurance of at least R500,000 per occurrence.
• Letter of Good Standing with the Compensation Commissioner (COIDA).
• Complete Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4) and declare any state employment or conflicts of interest.
• Compliance with OHS Act requirements; maintain an asset service register as specified in the contract.
