Overview

Procurement of airside emergency gate installation and repairs of existing gates at Chief Dawid Stuurman Airport for 18 months. Open to bidders with CIDB contractor grading of 3 SQ or higher and relevant gate-infrastructure capabilities; bid is under NEC3 ECC framework and includes tax and supplier registration compliance.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3 SQ or higher (mandatory).
• Mandatory briefing/site inspection: 15 September 2026 at 09:00; location Information desk, Dawid Stuurman Airport; site inspection after briefing.
• Tax and supplier registrations: SARS PIN for tax status; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; separate TCS/CSD for each JV/sub-contractor.
• Submission prerequisites: bids on official forms; one tender offer (original) plus one copy and a USB; returnable documents as listed; deposit register signed.
• Other: permit fee may apply for site access; adherence to CIDB and PPPFA/GCC framework; insurance requirements as per NEC ECC.
