• Joint Venture arrangement if applicable (signed JV agreement with required documentation)
• Authority of signatory; CIPC registration; SARS tax pin
• Returnable documents and declarations (e.g., BBBEE, experience evidence, references)

How to Apply

• Download bid documents from 13 Oct 2026 (free): www.jhbcityparksandzoo.com or www.etenders.gov.za (see documents).
• Submit bids in the official bid document to the City Parks Head Office tender box (40 De Korte Street, Braamfontein) by 29 Oct 2026 12:00 (late bids not accepted).
• Submission format: original bid document; sign and submit all required MBDs and returnable schedules (e.g., MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and other administrative docs.
