Overview

An experienced advertising and branding consultancy to design, print, and install a 9mx9m outdoor billboard at MUT’s main Campus (Engineering Building). The RFQ seeks a service provider to design, print and mount the billboard, adhere to MUT’s corporate identity, and monitor for three months with potential redesign/re-install if weather-damaged. Suitable bidders are those with graphic design/visual arts qualifications, a track record in visual communication, and capability to deliver outdoor advertising consistent with MUT branding.

Requirements

• CV of the graphic designer with at least 18 months’ experience in visual communication
• Graphic design or visual arts qualification (diploma/degree)
• Mock design of the advert incorporating MUT brand elements and brand space considerations
• Ability to design/layout for 9mx9m, print, mount on a campus wall, and monitor for three months
• Capability to redesign/re-install if weather damages occur within three months
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
• Company registration or MUT vendor registration (documented)
• Optional: CSD number and BBBEE certificate for preferential scoring
