Overview

Provision of bacteriologically and chemically analysis of samples for food, swabs and water for the period 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bids are invited from accredited laboratories; bidders must be PPPFA-compliant and hold CSD registration, CIPC compliance, and tax clearance (TCS), and submit all required MBD forms and supporting documents. Requirements

• Accredited laboratory
• CSD registration and ability to provide proof
• Tax clearance (TCS PIN) and SARS status
• CIPC registration and documentation to claim specific goals
• Completion and submission of MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9 with requisite supporting documents for PPPFA goals
• Copies of directors’ IDs and proof of municipal service payments as applicable
• Capacity to provide sampling equipment (bottles, ice packs, labels) to EHS
• Compliance with GCC and PPPFA evaluation criteria
