Overview

Expressions of interest are sought from consulting firms to diagnose laboratory facilities for merchandise analysis and testing, and to streamline laboratory control procedures in international trade. The assignment is funded through an IBRD loan under the Accelerating Economic Diversification and Job Creation Project; bidders should have demonstrated experience in laboratory diagnostics, testing procedures, and international trade compliance, and be able to operate under World Bank-financed project requirements.
