Ankerlig Power Station Fire Detection System

Overview

Procurement of the Ankerlig Power Station Fire Detection System, including inspection, servicing, testing and supply of spares under an NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3). Bidders should be professional service providers with electrical/electronic fire-detection maintenance capability, appropriate CIDB registration, and the ability to meet Eskom's eligibility and integrity requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility: must meet Tender Data requirements; not restricted to do business with Eskom/SOEs; not more than one tender; no conflicts of interest; nationality restrictions; not on Tender Defaulters list.
• Mandatory site clarification meeting (27 Oct 2026, 11:00, Ankerlig Power Station); attendance is compulsory.
• CIDB registration and SDL&I prerequisites (per Annexures and Contract Data).
• Submit required returnables: Annexures A–J, including SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, local content declarations (SBD 6.2/Annexures G1–G4), Tax Evaluation questionnaire, CIDB SDL&I, and E-tendering forms.
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and Supplier Integrity Pact.
