Requirements

• ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for calibrations (pre-qualifier)
• Provide Calibration Certificates and Calibration Stickers; record traceability (serial numbers, calibration points)
• Include detailed UUT correction and measurement uncertainty where applicable
• Name and address of the laboratory: Vaal Central Water Gamagara Quality Control Laboratory, Delporshoop, Northern Cape
• Prices valid for 60 days, firm and inclusive of taxes; specify firm delivery period
• Compliance with GCC; SBD forms (1, 3.1, 4, 6.1) and the specification; BBBEE and relevant tax/CSD documentation

• Registrations and pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS) or CSD number; ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation; CSD/ID documentation as applicable
• Clarifications: responses required within 2 days; ensure RFQ is submitted as a One-folder Bid
