Annual chiller and cooling tower servicing at OR Tambo International Airport for a 6-month period. Bidders should be HVAC maintenance specialists with CIDB 4ME or higher, tax compliance, and relevant qualifications (e.g., SAQA-accredited refrigeration trade test) and experience with similar works.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading 4ME or higher (mandatory).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or TCS status; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS for JV/subcontractors as applicable.
• Evidence of qualifications and experience: CVs with SAQA-accredited qualifications (e.g., Refrigeration Mechanic/Fitter/Turner/Millwright) and OHS training; site manager with 2–4 years (or >4 years) chiller/cooling-tower experience; at least one client reference for similar work.
• Insurance: professional indemnity and other insurances as per contract data; employer provides certain insurances; ensure adequate coverage.
• Returnable documents: complete and sign all listed returnable documents; no alternative bids accepted.
• Evaluation context: highest points go to price (80/20 PPPFA) and BBBEE; bidders must provide proof for claimed preference points.
