Overview

Annual Licenses, Support and Maintenance of the Fleet Management and Transport Requisition System for Central Bank of Kenya. The Central Bank of Kenya invites bids for licensing, maintenance and ongoing support of its Fleet Management/Transport Requisition IT system via an Open National Tender. Suitable for ICT vendors with proven information-system maintenance capabilities; foreign participation is allowed per tender rules.

Requirements

• Ability to supply/maintain the Information System and meet ITT/TDS requirements.
• Eligibility: no debarment; tax compliance certificate; registrations as required by Kenyan law.
• Foreign bidders: minimum 40% local content; JV rules apply.
• Tender security: Kes 50,000; validity 170 days.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, price schedules, eligibility/conformity evidence, JV agreements if applicable; pre-qualification updates if required.
• Price/contract: prices in Kenyan Shillings; tender validity 140 days; no price escalation during contract unless otherwise stated.
