Annual Mauane arts festival event management services for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Open to qualified event-management service providers with experience in arts festivals and the ability to comply with municipal procurement requirements (CSD registration; municipal rates and taxes statement). Bids are evaluated 80/20 under a two-envelope system and must be strictly sealed and deposited in the Moses Kotane Local Municipality tender box.
