Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the design, layout, printing as well as editing, proofreading and translation of marketing publications (on an as-and-when basis) for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Suitable for bidders with capabilities in graphic design, desktop publishing, editing, proofreading and multilingual translation for marketing materials. CIDB grading: N/A; Johannesburg Water supports BBBEE.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing on 7 August 2026 at 12:30, Turbine Hall, Newtown.
• Closing date 15 September 2026 at 10:30.
• Submit in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number, deposited in the tender box at Turbine Hall by closing time.
• Tender documents must be downloaded from Johannesburg Water’s website or obtained from listed officials; submissions must be neatly bound and complete with no pages omitted.

• BBBEE acknowledgement; CIDB grading not required for this tender.
