Requirements

• CSD registration and Tax Compliance Status verified via CSD
• Proof of residence for all directors (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of business address (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment of municipal services for all directors and for business premises (not older than 3 months)
• BBBEE certificate (or evidence)
• Copies must be certified and date-stamped (not older than 3 months)
• Tenders must be submitted on the original form provided; no electronic tenders
• Returnable documents and evaluation criteria: 80/20 split (price vs specific goals) with 20 points for specific goals
