Overview

Appointment of a service provider to produce a Television Commercial (TVC) for the Special Investigating Unit (SIU). The RFQ (RFQ 042 2026/27A) seeks end-to-end TVC production (from pre-production to post) for one 1-minute ad with cutdowns, within the SIU budget (up to about R1,000,000 incl. VAT). Suitable bidders are those with proven TVC production experience, ability to manage end-to-end delivery, and compliance with CSD, SARS tax, and B-BBEE requirements. Requirements

• Eligibility and mandatory criteria:
• CSD Summary report and compliant tax status
• Conformance to the Scope of Work/ToR
• Two or more reference letters for TVC work
• Two film/TVC productions with links or copies
• Details and CV of the proposed Producer/Project Manager
• Production file with pre-production elements (production/shooting schedules, key crew, casting, script breakdown, location images)
• Returnable documents: ID copies, proposed resources, company directors, CIPC registration, SARS PIN, BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit
• Additional: signed SBDs and confirmation of compliance with SIU conditions
