Overview

Appointment for the provision of a motor vehicle tracing agent for a period of three weeks under RFQ 104/2026/27. The SIU seeks a service provider to trace five listed vehicles over a three-week period. Vehicles: Phologane Trailer, BMW, Cannon Trailer, Ford Ranger, AG Axles Associates Trailer. The provider may use all tracing methods; SIU will supply vehicle registrations. Deliverables: a tracing report within three weeks. Budget up to R1,000,000 (VAT included). Requirements

• Proof of National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary and tax compliance status
• Conformance to the Scope of Work and strong tracing/investigative capabilities with verifiable qualifications/certifications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement; pass SIU internal integrity screening and/or State Security Agency vetting
• Compliance with SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 declarations; BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; pricing schedule inclusive of VAT; valid quote for 30 days
• Register on CSD and SARS Tax Compliance status (TCS PIN) where applicable
