Overview

Appointment of an accredited service provider to deliver short cosmetology courses (Nail Care, Make-up Application, Swedish Body Massage) for MKRIQ57/2026/27. Bidders should be education/training providers with IECAB accreditation, QCTO and/or Services SETA accreditation in beauty/cosmetology, an operational office in KwaZulu-Natal and capacity to deliver training and learner support in the eThekwini area, and the ability to coordinate international assessment and certification. This is a Request for Proposal issued by MKRI to engage an accredited provider for these programmes.

Requirements

• IECAB accreditation for the requested cosmetology courses
• Accreditation with QCTO and/or Services SETA in related beauty/cosmetology field
• Operational office in KwaZulu-Natal and capacity to deliver training/learner support within eThekwini
• Submission of mandatory bid documents: SBD1 (Parts A&B), SBD3.1 (Pricing), SBD4 (Disclosure), SBD6.1 (Preference Points), and Authority to Sign/Tender resolution
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD registration; where applicable, BBBEE documentation
• Evidence of capability: IECAB/QCTO/SET accreditation proof, proof of delivery capability, and references for similar programmes
• Bid validity for 120 days; price schedules per programme; compliance with procurement rules
