Overview

Procurement of a bidder to supply, deliver, offload, and assemble office furniture for the Seshego Digital Hub – Factory 29, including desks, chairs, boardroom tables, lounge/reception units, and integrated power/AV connectivity. Eligible bidders are furniture manufacturers or authorized resellers (must provide manufacturer authorization if not the manufacturer). Quotes must use official SBD forms, with firm pricing and 90-day bid validity.

Requirements

• Mandatory site briefing: 06 August 2026 at 11:00, Digital Hub, Factory 29 (attendance required).
• Pre-qualification documents (complete and signed): SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), Pricing Schedule – SBD 3.1, Declaration of Interest – SBD 4; Manufacturer authorization letter if not the manufacturer; Brochures/catalogues; Evidence supporting specific goals (for 80/20 system) and CSD/SARS status.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; full tax compliance status for all entities in joint ventures.
• Technical/specification compliance: desks must include USB-C, USB-A, and multi-plug adaptors; boardroom desks to include HDMI; all items to meet Annexure specifications (SDH Limpopo furniture specs).
• Evaluation: 80/20 price vs specific goals; specific-goal evidence (CSD reports, medical certificates, financial statements, etc. as applicable); joint ventures must submit consolidated scores.
• Delivery/installation: inclusive of delivery, installation, assembly; project duration up to 2 months; prices must be firm and all costs included.
• Contractual: bid validity 90 days; compliance with GCC/SCC; separate pricing for different delivery points if applicable.

• Submit required registrations: CSD or SARS PIN; manufacturer authorization if not the manufacturer.
