Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; or proof via SARS e-Filing.
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with a full report dated within 30 days.
• Proof of company registration; certified ID copies of directors.
• Certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs.
• Certificate of Acceptability (CoA) for basic food safety (Ehlanzeni District or equivalent).
• Project/Culinary Leader: relevant qualification, CV, 3+ years’ food handling experience; consent if not employed by bidder.
• Latest municipal rates/taxes statements for business and all directors (or lease/tribal authority proof).
• If JV/consortium: detailed JV/consortium agreement and separate returnable documents for each party.
