APPOINTMENT OF A CHANGE MANAGEMENT SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN, WORKFORCE PLANNING AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

Overview

Procurement of a Change Management Service Provider to deliver Organisational Development, Organisational Design, Workforce Planning and Change Management services for 36 months. Bidders should be capable professional service providers with expertise in change management, organisational design, workforce planning, business process improvement, and related governance, with compliance capabilities (tax, B-BBEE) and CSD/CSD-related requirements.

Requirements

• 80/20 Preference Point System (price vs specific goals) and complete pricing for 36 months.
• Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and/or SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN).
• Complete set of standard bidding documents (SBDs), pricing schedule, bid proposal, disclosure forms, and BBBEE documentation as required.
• Access to and inclusion of a detailed pricing schedule (year 1–3; includes VAT and potential escalations).
• Compliance with telecommunication/communication, branding, and governance expectations as per the bid annexures.
• Submit in the specified two-envelope format with a USB copy, and deposit at the tender box (physical submission).
