APPOINTMENT OF A COMPETENT EVENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO PLAN,

Overview

Appointment of a competent Event Management Company to plan, organise and execute Munghana Lonene FM 21st Xitsonga Music Awards (XMA21) festival at Thulamahashe Stadium. The SABC seeks an experienced event-management provider to handle artist management, accommodation, signage, end-to-end event management, and related services for a large-scale live music event (provisionally 19 December 2026). Bidders should have demonstrable experience in online, indoor and outdoor events and meet SABC pre-qualification requirements.

Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• Proof of valid TV License Statement for the company; all active directors/shareholders must have valid TV licenses
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS Pin
• Original or certified BBBEE certificate (SANAS accredited)
• Certified copy of Company Registration document (with active directors) and certified copies of shareholders’ certificates and IDs
• Tax matters must be in order; TV license valid; bidder must be registered on the CSD
