Overview

Appoint a contractor to perform annual service of fire equipment at Ithala Trade Centre. Bidders should be able to service safety equipment and hold CIDB 1SF or higher, be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database, be in good standing with SARS, and provide SBD 1 and SBD 4 documents. Scope covers servicing 9kg, 4.5kg and 2kg extinguishers, fire hose reels, hydrants, and gas suppression for server and other areas. RFQ 494/58000/2026 includes pricing for these items. Closing date: 26 October 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration and provide CSD number
• SARS tax clearance; submit SARS PIN
• CIDB grading 1SF or higher; COID/occupational injuries letter in good standing
• SBD 1 and SBD 4 completed (with resolution if not a sole proprietor)
• Pricing schedule and related bid documents; sign contract form (SBD7) if awarded
• Consortiums/joint ventures must submit separate TCS/CSD for each party
