Requirements

• SARS tax compliance: PIN/TCS submitted; where applicable, separate TCS/CSd for joint ventures or sub-contractors.
• Complete and sign mandatory forms: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid with resolution), and COIDA good standing.
• Proof of good standing with COIDA and valid CIDB certificate.

• Closing/ submission: 21 August 2026 by 11:00 (late submissions not accepted) (RFQ details).
• Submission method: Hand delivery to Ithala Trade Centre, Durban, or email to quotes@ithala.co.za (document box or email) (RFQ details).
• Required documents to submit: Official bid forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), pricing schedule (ANNEXTURE A), CIDB certificate, COIDA letter, CSD/SARS PIN or TCS, and any joint-venture details if applicable.
