Requirements

• Compulsory site briefing: 16 September 2026, 10:00 at Site 215 Blue Street (meeting point Entrance gate) (see RFQ-418-58000-2026-INSTALLATION-OF-GATE-MOTORS-AND-INTERCOM-AT-EZAKHENI-ESTATE.pdf).
• Bids must be on official forms and submitted by the deadline; late bids not accepted (closing 18 September 2026 at 11:00) (RFQ document).
• Tax/compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS (or register on CSD if no TCS); separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia; no bids from state-employed persons or related restrictions.
• Required documents: complete and sign the specified bid forms (including SBD7; SBD6.1 for preference points) and attach supporting evidence; proof of authority to sign.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system; specific goals with points for ≥51% Black Ownership, Women Ownership, Youth Ownership, and People living with disability Ownership (certified documents required).
• Contract form: final contract will be the Ithala Service Level Agreement; terms are not negotiable.
