Requirements

• Vendor on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS tax compliance status (PIN/TCS). If no TCS, provide CSD number.

• SBD 4: completed Declaration of Interest (all pages) and SBD 1: Invitation to Bid withResolution attached.
• COIDA Good Standing.
• Minimum of two (2) reference letters for similar work in the last five years.
• Complete Pricing Schedule/BoQ (Annexure A) and submit with bid.
• Compliance with PPPFA/General Conditions of Contract; bids may be negotiated and the lowest bid is not guaranteed.
• Prohibition on bids from persons in the service of the state or related conflicts of interest.
