Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1GB or higher.
• Tax/compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; tax clearance where applicable; CSD registration (or provide CSD number).
• Bidding documentation: complete and sign SBD 1 (with resolution), SBD 4 (declaration of interest), and SBD 6.1; ensure all pages are completed.
• State of honesty/eligibility: not in the service of the state; directors not in the service of the state.
• Occupational health and safety: valid Letter of Good Standing.
• Site/briefing: attend compulsory site briefing (6 Oct 2026, 11:00, Unit 10) and submit by the closing.
• Pricing and preferences: provide pricing via the official pricing/BOQ; claim PPPFA 80/20 with specific goals (see below) and supply proof for goals.
• Documents alignment: proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution) and all required forms attached.

• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS PIN/TCS; if joint ventures, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD; provide VAT number.
