APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR REPAIRS TO POTHOLES, BP, AND SPAR DRIVEWAY AT MAKHATHINI. Ithala Development Finance Corporation invites Open Tender for civil works to repair potholes and driveways at a BP/Makhathini Spar site. • Three contactable reference letters for similar work; completion certificates.
• Official bid forms: SBD 1, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) completed.
• Authority documentation: proof of signatory capacity (e.g., company resolution).
• Attach Pricing Schedule/BOQ (ANNEXTURE A) and submit with bid.
• Site briefing attendance is compulsory (RFQ mentions compulsory briefing).
