Overview

Appointment of a contractor to construct hotel rooms, a conference centre, a parking area, and associated external works, and refurbish a BOMA facility at Nylsvlei Nature Reserve (Work Package A). Bidders should be capable construction firms with building and civil‑engineering capabilities, experience in hotel/conference facilities, and the required CIDB registration and health and safety capacity to meet PSHSS/PSHSP requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB registration appropriate to the contract scope
• Registration with CSD and valid tax clearance certificate
• COIDA and UIF registrations
• Tender returnables: T2.1.x forms (e.g., Tender Brief Attendance, Certificate of Authority, JV Disclosure, SBD4, RFP Declaration, Enterprise Questionnaire, CIDB proof, Tax, UIF/COIDA, BBBEE SBD6.1), plus optional Subcontracting Schedule (T2.1.18)
• Health & Safety: Project Specific Health and Safety Plan (PSHSP/PSHSS) and appointment of SACPCMP‑registered CHSO; PSHSP to be approved and integrated into contracts
• Joint Venture disclosures if applicable; JV agreements and powers of attorney as required
• Pricing/documentation: unpriced BOQ included; pricing to be supplied in the returnables and pricing schedules
