APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW SECURITY FENCE AT THE HANOVER OXIDATION PONDS, EMTHANJENI MUNICIPALITY IN THE NORTHERN CAPE. This is a open construction tender issued by the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) for a contractor with CIDB grading 3SQ or 3CE or higher to implement NEC3 ECC Option B works. • Eligibility and evaluation: 4.1 criteria; Phase 1 eligibility; Phase 2 functionality; Phase 3 price and specific goals (80/20, 2022 PPPFA).
• Specific goals (20 points): women, youth, Northern Cape location, B-BBEE level 1–2 (QSE/EME) with required proof.
• Compliance requirements: POPIA consent when submitting; no electronic submissions; tender validity 90 days; adherence to CIDB SFU and SANS 10845 series.
