Overview

This tender seeks the appointment of a contractor for the repair, replacement and installation of wooden decking for the La Mercy JV Property Investments (LMJV). DTPC invites bids from contractors with an active CIDB grading of 4SM/4GB or higher (no PE status). Preference points will be awarded for: 51% Black ownership (10 points) and being located in KwaZulu-Natal (10 points).

Requirements

• Active CIDB grading of 4SM/4GB or higher by the closing date; no PE status allowed.
• Evaluation will be conducted in stages: Administrative and mandatory compliance; Functionality; Price and specific goals using the preference points system.
• Preference points total 20: 10 for 51%+ Black ownership; 10 for KZN location.
