Appointment of a contractor for various repairs around Wilsons Wharf, including installing 2 turnstiles. Bidders with civil maintenance/repair capabilities and experience in access-control installations (CIDB 2GB or higher) should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and in good standing with SARS (PIN/TCS as applicable).
• CIDB grading: 2GB or higher.
• COIDA valid/clearance.
• Minimum of two reference letters for similar work in the past five years.
• Complete and sign SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) with required resolution letter.
• Pricing schedule/BOQ attached as Annexure A and submitted with bid.
