Requirements

• SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 1 (Invitation to bid) with resolution letter.
• Valid COIDA/Letter of Good Standing.
• Pricing schedule with detailed price breakdown; bid evaluated on 80/20 price-preference basis.
• Preference points for specific goals (up to 20 points): ≥51% Black Ownership; ≥51% Women Ownership; ≥51% Youth Ownership; ≥51% People living with disability Ownership (documentary proof required).
• Service Level Agreement will form the contract; standard terms apply.
