Appointment of a contractor with CIDB 1GB or higher CIDB grading for refurbishment of Site 179 at Isithebe Industrial Estate. Open to construction contractors with CIDB 1GB+ suitable for refurbishment projects; bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), be in good standing with SARS (tax compliance), and be able to provide CIDB grade 1GB or higher. Where a joint venture/consortium is involved, separate tax/CSD documentation must be provided for each party.
