APPOINTMENT OF A CONTRACTOR WITH CIDB 1SN, 1GB AND 1SM OR HIGHER FOR REFURBISHMENT OF BLOCK E AND F AT AMBEV. Bid suitability is for construction/refurbishment works; eligible bidders should hold CIDB grades 1SN, 1GB and 1SM or higher and be able to operate as a contractor on building/refurbishment projects. Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and in good standing with SARS (PIN/TCS); joint ventures/consortia are allowed with separate TCS/CSD for each party. Requirements

• CIDB grading: 1SN, 1GB and 1SM or higher.
• CSD registration and SARS good standing; provide TCS PIN and/or CSD number; separate TCS for each consortium party.
• Compliance documents: SBD 4 (declaration of interests), SBD 1 (Invit. to bid with resolution), COIDA, CIDB grading certificate.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN via e-filing; for consortia, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Bids on official forms; pricing on Pricing Schedule/BoQ annexed; may be subject to PPPFA GCC and other contract terms.
• No bids from in-service state personnel or close connections; adherence to ethical SCM practices.
