Overview

Appointment of a contractor with CIDB 2CE or 2ME or higher to drill, install, test, and commission a borehole system at the Tugela Ferry Centre. Requirements

• Compliance exclusions: no bids from persons in the state service or entities with such connections; provide necessary disclosures.
• Evidence of capability: functionality evaluation requires project plan within 60 days and demonstrated borehole-related experience with references and required professional qualifications; minimum team composition and relevant certifications as outlined (Project Manager, Drill Rig Operator, Hydrogeologist, Civil Engineer, Geotechnical professional).
• Preferential goals: be prepared to claim points for 51% Black, 51% Women, 51% Youth, and 25% People living with disability ownership.
• Additional: authority to sign, consortium details if applicable, and all documentation as per the RFQ.
