Overview

Procurement of a contractor with EP or higher CIDB grading to replace a damaged 4-pole breaker at Defy, including supply of a Masterpact MTZ2 4000A 4-pole unit. Eligible bidders should hold EP or higher CIDB grading, be tax compliant, and submit the required bid documentation (SBD forms, CSD/SARS records). The work includes delivery to Ezakheni Industrial Estate and a warranty on the supplied equipment.

Requirements

• Valid CIDB grading: 1EP or higher
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS or CSD number (as applicable)
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and good standing with SARS
• Completion and submission of SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) and SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
• Provision of a letter of authority/resolution if signing on behalf of a company
• Pricing schedule for the Masterpact MTZ2 4000A 4-pole unit, including delivery and warranty (see attached pricing schedule)
