• Mandatory qualifications: COIDA/FEM/RMA, CIPC registration, Central Supplier Database (CSD) with MAAA, tax clearance
• Additional technical eligibility: SACPCMP registrations for construction manager (PrCPM/PrCM) and health and safety officer (CHSO/CHSM/CHSA)
• JV/Consortium agreements signed by all parties; Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire
• Tax compliance verified if recommended for award; adherence to restrictions and other PAJA/Govt requirements
