Appointment of a Creative Agency for the Design and Production of Postbank’s 2026 Annual Report – Once-off. Postbank seeks an experienced creative agency to concept, design, edit, and produce its 2026 Annual Report (approximately 180–200 pages) and deliver 40 print copies, plus associated materials (50 executive pens and 50 A4 notebooks). Bidders should have proven annual report or corporate publication design and print production capability, with end‑to‑end project management, from concept development to print-ready files. The scope includes concept development (3 concepts), full design/layout, content integration, editing, proofreading, and printing, plus delivery and corporate gifts. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in annual report or integrated publication design with a supporting portfolio.
• Minimum 3 signed reference letters from the last 5 years (on client letterheads) detailing services, dates, and contacts.
• Ability to meet strict timelines and deliver end-to-end design, layout, pre-press, and print production for a large-format report.
• Dedicated project team with at least Creative Director, Project Manager, Copywriter, and Editor; detailed CVs showing relevant qualifications and prior work.
• Capacity and resources demonstrated (including a plan and undertaking of sufficient capacity to meet deadlines).
• Compliance with Postbank’s procurement conditions and ability to provide print production services, including 40 copies and finishings, plus branded gifts.
