Overview

Appointment of a Job Evaluation Service Provider on an “As and When” Basis to conduct job analysis and grading for PRASA Group over 12 months. Bidders should have expertise in job evaluation/grading (HR/Industrial Psychology/Finance), with a Project Lead possessing a relevant degree (NQF 7) and JE experience. The RFQ covers PRASA Corporate Office, Group Capital (PRASA Infrastructure Management), PRASA Rai Operations, and Intersite.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance or SARS PIN and CSD registration; compliance with SARS/TCS requirements.
• Completion of all RFQ documentation and, if applicable, JV/Partnering agreements.
• Evidence of JE project experience and a Project Lead/JE Specialist CV with relevant degree and JE track record; contactable client letters.
• System correlation: JE output aligned with other JE systems (provide demonstration evidence).
• B-BBEE: provide proof for specific goals (e.g., Black-owned status, B-BBEE level, disability or black youth ownership).
