This is open to law firms or legal practitioners with legislative drafting, public administration/constitutional law expertise, and experience in regulatory reform. Requirements

• Qualifications and experience: LLB, admitted attorney; lead practitioner with 15+ years post-article experience; CV and detailed references; proof from the Legal Practice Council; detailed proposal showing availability and quality controls.
• Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS), CSD registration if no TCS, complete SBDs (SBD1/SBD3.3/SBD4/SBD6.1); mandatory information session certificate; three recent references; company profile.
• Scope and outputs: Draft regulations for the Amendment Acts; oral/written advisories; participation in meetings; ensure constitutional alignment; conduct comparative legal research (TERMS OF REFERENCE).
