Overview

Appointment of a panel of recruitment services for a period of three years. The FAIS Ombud invites quotations to appoint up to five service providers to deliver recruitment advertising, sourcing, temporary and permanent recruitment, response handling, headhunting, and related industry analysis reports. Suitable bidders are recruitment, HR, or staffing firms, including capabilities across case management, adjudication, HR, finance, supply chain, ICT, and related fields. Quotations are due by 2026-10-02 16:00 and must be submitted by email.

Requirements

• Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with compliant tax status.
• Completion of required bidding documents (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1) and submission of the quotation.
• Proof of APSO membership or an equivalent professional body.
• Three contactable reference letters from clients for whom recruitment services were provided in the last three years.
• Proof of B-BBEE status if claiming specific goals (BEE certificate or sworn affidavit or latest CSD report) and complete the specific goals claim form.
• Pricing must be firm, VAT inclusive, with all costs disclosed; prices valid for 30 days from closing.
