Appointment of a panel of up to four (4) contractors for the supply, replacement and construction of water & sewer networks in STLM area for three financial years. Bidders should be CIDB 4CE or higher with proven capability in water and sewer infrastructure construction; compliance with municipal SCM policies and the ability to perform the required works in the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality region.

Requirements

• CIDB grading of 4CE or Higher (compulsory)
• Copy of company registration certificate (CK) (compulsory)
• Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) (compulsory) and JV must be registered on CSD (compulsory)
• Audited annual financial statements for the past 3 years (compulsory)
• All forms must be filled in full (compulsory)
• Copy of current municipal account or Lease Agreement (compulsory)
• CSD summary report (non-compulsory)
• Annexure A attachments as specified; failure to submit compulsory documents disqualifies bid
• Compliance with state/service-of-state restrictions (as per tender) and SCM policies
