APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF A MAXIMUM OF THREE (03) SUITABLY QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF LAPTOPS AND ACCESSORIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY THE SANC FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (05) YEARS. Bidders should have ICT hardware procurement, supply, installation and support capabilities to supply laptops and related accessories to the South African Nursing Council under a multi-year panel arrangement.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and active CSD number
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or a valid SARS Tax Clearance; provide TCS where applicable; VAT status if registered
• Completion and submission of official bidding documents, including Pricing Schedule and bid proposals; adherence to GCC and any special conditions
• Preference points: 80/20 system (price vs. specific goals); provide BBBEE status and supporting documentation, where applicable
• Prohibition of service of the state, disclosure of interests, and avoidance of collusive practices; provide fully completed Bid Disclosure forms
• Must be able to deliver, install, and support laptops and accessories with OEM warranties (as per pricing schedule) and meet delivery requirements
