APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF ACCREDITED TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDERS TO RENDER VARIOUS TRAINING INTERVENTIONS AND/OR PROGRAMMES TO NKANGALA DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY FOR A PERIOD OF THRITY SIX (36) MONTHS

Overview

Appointment of a panel of accredited training service providers to render various training interventions and/or programmes to Nkangala District Municipality for a period of 36 months. Open-tender; bidders must be SETA/QCTO-accredited and capable of coordinating trainings for employees, interns, councillors and community members. Estimated value up to R50 million; final award subject to the SCM policy and 80/20 (price/specific goals) preference framework.

Requirements

• Lead bidder must have valid accreditation by the relevant SETA and/or QCTO; bidder overall must be SETA/QCTO-accredited.
• Key personnel (facilitator, assessor, moderator) with minimum 2 years’ experience; CVs/qualifications must be attached.
• Professional Indemnity insurance not less than R500,000 per claim (duration of contract).
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or equivalent; where applicable, CSD number for bidders; separate TCS/PIN for consortium members.
• Returnable documents: complete compulsory Bid Documents (Forms A–L, plus M–U as applicable) and POPI, declarations of interest, etc. (see 5 List of Returnable Documents yellow.pdf).
• Declarations: SCM practices, interest, good standing, etc.; foreign/non-resident bidder questionnaire if applicable.
• CIDB verification and POPI-related verifications may be required; ensure compliance with POPI consent.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state.
