Overview

Appointment of a panel of at least 10 civil engineering professional service providers to prepare business plans, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, tender documentation and construction monitoring for surfaced paved roads, bridges, sport fields, building structures, environmental and gravel road projects for 3 years. Suitable bidders are civil engineering consultancies with capability across the listed design, documentation and monitoring activities and who can join a multi-year panel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business plans, feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed design, tender documentation and construction monitoring for the specified project types.
• Capacity to operate as part of a panel of at least 10 civil engineering service providers over a 3-year term.
• Evaluation will follow PPPFA 80/20: PRICE (80 points), BBBEE (10 points), SPECIFIC GOALS (10 points).
