Appointment of a panel of attorneys and/or law firms to render legal advisory and litigation services to Roads Agency Limpopo (SOC) Ltd for 36 months. Suitable bidders are law firms/attorneys with expertise in road infrastructure law, public administration, corporate governance, PFMA, IT, environmental, procurement, civil and commercial litigation, and registered practitioners (Legal Practice Council) with Fidelity Fund membership.

Requirements

• CSD registration or proof of CSD registration.
• Preference Points: complete SBD 6.1 (specific goals) form.
• Mandatory documents: Invitation to Bid (SBD 1), Bid Submission Conditions, Terms of Reference, Evaluation Process.
• Proof of authority to sign (board resolution or equivalent).
• JV/partnership agreements (if applicable).
• Company profile detailing areas of expertise and capacity.
• Proof of LPC (Legal Practice Council) registration.
• Fidelity Fund certificate.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status; if using CSD, provide CSD number.
• CVs and details for the proposed project leader; professional memberships and qualifications.
• Skills transfer commitment to RAL staff.
• Certified copies not older than 6 months.
